Porridge with blueberries and hazelnuts

This is a very quick breakfast idea. You can soak your porridge oats overnight so it'll only take a few minutes to warm it up in the morning and assemble all the ingredients together. I must admit I choose a lazy option in the morning and pop a bowl of oats with milk in a microwave for a couple of minutes, wait for it to cool down and then add the rest of ingredients. The amounts are entirely up to you!


Porridge oats
Blueberries
Hazel nuts
Chia seeds
A teaspoon of honey
