- 1 cabbage
- 1 white onion
- chorizo
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- a pinch of dried chilli flakes or fresh chilli
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- 1 litre of chicken stock - I had a homemade one from Sunday roast chicken
1. Fry the onion, garlic and chorizo until it lets the colour out.
2. Add the shredded cabbage and fry for a couple of minutes.
3. Add fennel seeds, oregano, paprika, chilli.
4. Add the stock.
5. Simmer until the cabbage is soft.
6. Blend and season to taste.
